OM Collective Tulum aims to make Yoga & conscious events accessible to everyone - no matter the language you speak, the budget you have or where you come from.
Our Classes
These are our most popular classes.
The Ashtanga Yoga practice has its origin in the south of India. In OM Collective Tulum we invite you to learn the basics of Tristana, an introduction to the primary series and begin your journey to a dedicated and empowering Yoga practice.
Yin and Restorative Yoga utilize stillness in order to get deep into your connective tissues (fascia). The intensity comes from finding the stillness in the posture. Typically you are holding postures for 3-5 minutes, giving you a sense of grounding and surrendering in your practice. Consider it a special opportunity to explore a more gentle, passive and soft practice.
Vinyasa Yoga is probably the most common style of Yoga practice nowadays. It is a dynamic practice, where your breath is your guide to connect one posture with the next one. We are exercising the physical structure to release toxins and with the help of prolonged breath find stillness in the mind.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the dormant energy at the base of the spine through postures, mudras, breathing, meditation, and chanting mantras. The sequences, known as "Kriyas", are designed to target specific chakras (energy centers). Many of these Kriyas can be done sitting or lying down, making them very accessible for beginners as well as practicing from home.
